Many ski property buyers have a good idea as to the ideal apartment or chalet they would like to aquire in the mountains - where you most like to ski, micro-locations within the resort, and budget. If you have rented in the past, you will know the size and layout that works for your family. You may wish to prioritise access to the pistes, or a fine view of the mountains.

Our initial consultation is driven by your wishlist - follow-up discussions will overlay this with our ideas on what is achievable. We may well suggest alternatives.

STEP 2 - MAKING AN EARLY START

Some important steps need to be taken and making an early start is essential. For example, you may be looking to finance the purchase. Next, our approach generally starts with a ‘long list’ of properties that are for sale which correspond to your criteria. We highlight the pros and the cons.
