In summer, the mineral excursion, a visit to the exhibition mine upfield and the visit of the museum Bramberg and minerals Purse Collectible eyes make it shine. A Smaragdweg with information points and a romantic trail are located in Habachtal.

Not far from the house is the lower terminus of the Smaragdbahn which takes you to the Ski-Arena Wildkogel. The family-friendly ski area is located in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps in the holiday region Hohe Tauern National Park. The Wildkogel offers for skiers – from the professional to the beginner – more than 55 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 45% blue (easy), 40% red (medium) and 15% black (difficult), the modern snowmaking equipment guarantees Ski -fun until spring. The highest lift takes you to 2,150 m above sea level.

In the area there are a lot of interesting things to do, starting with the Wildpark Ferleiten in Fusch, about Ernest Thun Klamm in Kaprun to the Krimml Waterfalls. The Krimml waterfalls are with their impressive height of 380 m, the fifth highest waterfalls in the world. They attract approximately 350,000 visitors per year, one of the most visited tourist attractions in Austria.
